By placing an order with Helix Horizon Products, the purchaser:

Acknowledges that Helix Horizon Products does not sell health products, nutritional products, therapeutics, or substances for administration to humans or animals.

Acknowledges that all products (including any vial, spray or similar formats) are sold strictly for laboratory, industrial, and research purposes only. These items are not authorized or approved for any form of human or animal use or consumption and may pose serious health risks if misused.

Acknowledges that Helix Horizon Products may refuse sale, cancel orders, or withhold fulfillment at its sole discretion where there is concern that products may be used for human or animal administration.

Affirms that they are aqualified practitioner, academic, laboratory technologist, industrial technician or otherwise authorized professional: that the products will be used only for lawful research or laboratory purposes; and that the purchaser will not use or permit these products to be used ashealth products in humans or animals.

Accepts full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, application, and legal compliance of all purchased materials once delivered. Helix Horizon Products accepts no liability for improper handling, misuse, downstream application, or violation of local, provincial, federal, or international lawsby the purchaser or third parties.

Understands that listing a material on the Helix Horizon Products website does not grant or imply any license to operate in infringement of any intellectual property or regulatory requirement.

Understands that vial quantities may be packaged differently than individual unit sizes displayed at purchase. Total purchased material will always equal the ordered amount, however vials may be split or condensed together. For example, a 10mgpurchase may be fulfilled as two 5mg vials, and two 5mg purchases may be fulfilled asone 10mg vial.
